JU TPS has an Addon Installer, some optional content will be placed there if the user wants to download it. Paid official addons from the store will appear in the "External Addons" tab

Basically Addon Installer can import additional packages to your project.
You can open the Addon Installer window from: Window > JUTPS > Addon Installer
